Is the SMS service reliable? I'm concerned because payment must be made before using the service.

The ProwiseMKT brand has been providing SMS sending services since 2019 under EXP SYSTEM CO., LTD. Additionally, our company is involved in software development for websites and mobile applications. We are duly registered as a legal entity and hold commercial registration in accordance with civil and commercial laws. Our identity remains verifiable, and today, we serve a wide range of small to large organizations through our SMS sending services.

What are the expenses associated with utilizing the SMS service?

The SMS sending service charges are determined by the quantity of SMS credits purchased, beginning at just 0.18 baht per SMS. You can refer to the service rate table for precise pricing details. There are no supplementary charges, such as setup fees, annual fees, or any other additional expenses.

Can individuals with limited computer or technical skills still utilize the SMS service?

ProwiseMKT caters to the demand for straightforward and user-friendly usage. We provide software that makes SMS Marketing services easily accessible. Our user system supports languages in Thai, English, and Chinese.

If any issues arise after using the service, where can I report them?

The company offers post-sales service to support the system you are using and provides 24-hour assistance for any inquiries or issues you may encounter. You can report problems by calling us at 021148318 or contacting us via Line ID:@PROWISEMKT, available around the clock.

How many characters can be entered in one SMS?

According to international standards for sending SMS in Thai, one message (1 credit) can contain up to 70 Thai characters or 160 English characters. If your message contains a combination of both languages, it will be considered as Thai text, and our system will calculate the number of SMS messages used accordingly. For instance, if you type 161 characters of English text, the system will calculate it as 2 credits or 2 SMS messages.

Is it possible to transmit a single message with an extensive amount of content?

Our system is designed to support extended SMS messages, enabling recipients to read lengthy texts without interruption. There is no need to waste time opening and reading multiple messages. Each SMS message can contain a maximum of 536 characters.

How does the system function when I intend to send the same message to multiple phone numbers?

We provide a 'Contact' feature that enables you to input numbers individually or save multiple numbers by importing files. Furthermore, you have the option to send messages in bulk as a file. Our system has the capacity to simultaneously send messages to as many as 100,000 numbers, typically completing this process within a mere 3 minutes.

Is it possible for me to generate receipts or apply withholding tax deductions?

Receipts can be issued or withholding tax can be deducted, but this option is available exclusively for corporate customers when purchasing SMS services (conditions are outlined in the service rates). Withholding tax at a rate of 3% can be deducted, and withholding tax documentation should be forwarded to the company. The company will subsequently provide a receipt to the customer in accordance with the specified procedure.

Can a sender name be specified?

Users can designate the sender's name (Sender Name) using up to 11 English letters or 11 numbers. This feature can be utilized with all packages, and there is no minimum requirement.

Can I send messages to international recipients? Also, which mobile phone networks in Thailand can receive these messages?

You can send messages to all networks, but please note that these messages can only be sent within Thailand.
